Tasting this essence of Mosel riesling is like falling into a deep well of stone fruit and citrusy freshness. So many wildflowers and wild strawberries. Totally astonishing concentration and precision, the balance of fruit and minerality breathtaking. Only medium-bodied, but with an endless finish that’s so caressing you simply can’t pull yourself away. Very limited production. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Drink from release.

Very succulent yet very refined and filigreed, this is a most extraordinary, barely off-dry Mosel riesling with gigantic finesse and breathtaking elegance. Then, just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water, a huge wave of crushed rock minerality lands on you and washes you onto a rocky beach. Limited production. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Bottled after 18 months on the lees (including fermentation). Drink or hold.

The aromatic density and complexity of this extraordinary dry Mosel riesling must be tasted to be believed. In spite of this it is only medium-bodied. A kaleidoscopic image of the steep-sided valley with an extremely wide spectrum of floral, citrus and stone fruit aromas, all accentuated by wild herb freshness. Incredibly silky and pure finish with absolute precision. Limited production. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Drink from release.

For a dry wine from the 2022 vintage, this has gigantic concentration yet remains very subtle and elegant. The extremely fine grapefruit, candied lemon and flint aromas create a labyrinth in which you quickly get lost. Enormously long and intense finish that pulls you along in the direction of infinity. Limited production. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Bottled after 18 months on the lees (including fermentation). Drink or hold.

Bukett von kandierten Aprikosen und Blutorangen. Dichte Extrakt-struktur, bleibt unglaublich lang und strafft sich nach hinten durch feingliedrige Mineralität. Verspricht Langlebigkeit.
